Question: I couldn't find the celebrity I am looking for, can you help me find it?

Answer: Only those celebrities/characters that have granted licensing rights can have their image put on a standup. Also, the same licensing rights apply to custom standups - so even if you want us to make a standup of your favorite celebrity just for you - we are not allowed to do it.

Everything we carry is listed on our site. So, if you are looking for a particular standup and you can't seem to find it anywhere, it's due to a licensing issue and we will be unable to help you locate what you are looking for...sorry!

Question: Do you accept returns?

Answer: As long as you receive prior return authorization from us (and an RA#) and ship your item(s) back to us at the address we provide, we will refund the total cost of the purchased item(s) with no restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. IF UPS/FEDEX ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER AND YOU SIMPLY REJECT SHIPMENT, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. We cannot stress this enough - in order to receive ANY refund, you must first accept the shipment, and then UPS or FedEx the item(s) to us at the address we provide when we issue the return authorization.
