We gladly accept returns for any unused items. Requests for returns must be initiated no later than 21 days after delivery. Unfortunately, no refunds are offered for items not in "new" condition. Once we receive the shipment, and all items are verified to be in new, unopened condition, a full refund for the cost of the items will be issued.
Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To request a return, please send an email to email@example.com. Please make sure your order number is listed in the request.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the damage to the item and the box (if applicable). Once we confirm the damage, we will offer a refund for the cost of the product, or ship a replacement; whichever the customer prefers.
